Return Policy

Returns are accepted and must be postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date. International returns are accepted within 28 days of your delivery date. Returned merchandise are only eligible for exchange or store credit. There are no refunds provided at this time. Please submit your request for return authorization number by contacting Returns@NaelCoce.com. Sale merchandise are ineligible for return or exchange.

Exceptions Returns are not accepted on used merchandise. Items must not have been worn, altered or washed and devoid of scuffs or odors. Please try your shoes on a carpeted surface.

Sale Items

All sales are final on sale merchandise.

Footwear Returns

Footwear returns for store credit and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange will not be accepted.

Return Process

Contact us at Returns@NaelCoce.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). After receiving your RA# please fill out the returns form and pack your item securely in an appropriate envelope or box and send it to the address provided. We will send you the returns form. Please fill this form out completely so we can process your return quickly. Write your RA# given to you by the returns department on the outside of your package and on your returns form.

Please note that we are not responsible for items shipped back to us should they be lost or damaged during transit and as such we urge you to insure your item as this will provide you with recourse with the shipping company.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges and Store Credits

Once your item for exchange is received your new item will be sent to you. Please allow 4-5 days processing time. Exchanges and store credits must be made for in-stock items and cannot be used with a discount coupon code or on pre-order items.

Nael Coce will ship domestic exchanges FREE of charge.

Gift Returns

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it or obtain store merchandise credit. If you wish to return a gift item, please follow the same return instructions. We will ship your exchange FREE. Your credit can be used on in stock merchandise.

Store credit

Store credited will be credited to the same account used to make your purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 48 hours from the date we inspect it for return for your store credit to be processed.

Refused Shipments

Refused shipments will be assessed a 25% restock fee and all shipping charges. Please note we are not responsible or liable for the return, tracking down of, receipt or condition of refused shipments.

International Returns

Please follow the same directions for domestic returns. Policy is subject to change.
